Job overview

Leasowes High School are seeking to appoint a Teacher of MFL (Spanish) from January 2022 if possible.

Invictus Education Trust was created in March 2015 by a group of like-minded schools: Crestwood, Ellowes Hall Sports College, Kinver High and Wombourne  High School. Two schools have since joined us, Leasowes High School in Autumn 2016 and Pedmore High School in September 2018, further strengthening an already thriving Trust.

Where we differ from other Multi Academy Trusts is our intention to collaborate, across our schools, in every aspect. In the past 6 years, our students have benefited from this collaboration through joint learning experiences, Trust Wide enrichment and access to the incredible facilities within our estate.

Our innovative 6th form regularly appears at the top of league tables and leader boards for progress, our 6th form spans across multiple campuses with students transported, free of charge, via our Trust minibuses.

The ideal candidate will be an inspirational and enthusiastic teacher with a passion for ensuring that every student regardless of starting point can achieve success, enjoy school and be engaged with wider school life, to become the best that they can be.

Application from NQTs as well as experienced teachers are welcome. The successful candidate may work across two Trust schools to build on current developments within the school, Trust and nationally to improve outcomes and raise aspirations for all students.

Visits to the school are encouraged. Please contact Lisa Thomas or call 01384 686646 to arrange a visit.
