We are seeking to appoint a dynamic teacher A Level Psychology and Sociology to join our College to cover maternity leave. We are looking for a person with vision, drive and sound judgement who works well within a team. The candidate must have real enthusiasm for the subjects and the ability to inspire students. We are an academically ambitious College, which is reflected in our A level grades and university place offers.
At HFAC, we focus on developing students’ independent thinking and learning skills, as well as delivering high-level subject knowledge. We engage students beyond the classroom with study trips, guest speakers, and enrichment talks. Our class size is a maximum of 9, which allows a high level of student interaction, debate and personal engagement.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute actively as a member of the departments, playing their full part in planning, teaching and assessment.
