This is a truly exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Maths teaching specialist to work as part of the Maths faculty at The MFG. You will be instrumental in inspiring and motivating our students. You will play a key role in helping to drive the Academy forward; raising standards and creating outstanding life chances for students.
As Key Stage 3 co-ordinator your primary focus will be to support our Head of the Mathematics in raising achievement at KS3. You will be responsible for achievement, intervention, QA, Teaching and Learning, staff development, handbooks, tracking data, tracking and monitoring students at KS3. The successful candidate must be prepared to be a full-time member of the Teaching and Learning community and must be proactive in terms of continuous reading and research around National progress and developments within Teaching and Learning.
We are looking for a KS3 co-ordinator who wants to inspire, who is passionate about developing students; someone who is excited by learning and has a desire to develop a career within a small MAT. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and driven by the desire to deliver outstanding Teaching and Learning.
