Mathematics School Improvement Lead – Permanent 

Leadership Scale, Points L8 - L12 (Starting Point is Dependent on Experience)  

We have an exciting new post for a Mathematics School Improvement Lead. The postholder will support the development of the quality of learning, teaching and curriculum in mathematics across the Hollingworth Teaching School Alliance in order to improve the progress and attainment of pupils. 

We are looking for someone who;  

Can inspire and support colleagues across a range of schools to improve pupil outcomes in mathematics.  

Has a proven track record of outstanding teaching in mathematics. 

Can help us to develop our Teaching School Alliance and potentially a Multi-Academy Trust. 

Has a consistent and excellent track record of successful middle leadership.  

Shares our commitment to achieving the highest standards of inclusion and excellence in our drive towards providing a world class education for our pupils.   


In the event of Hollingworth establishing a MAT, it is likely that opportunity would exist for this post to be enhanced with additional responsibilities and a re-evaluation of pay.
