Mathematics is a highly successful department at KS3, KS4 and 5. Our provisional progress 8 score for Maths last academic year is one placing us in the top 1% of schools nationally for progress made. This post would suit an NQT or a more experienced colleague looking to broaden their experience in an all through 4-19 Academy. A TLR allowance will be paid to a suitably experienced applicant ready to take on a significant leadership role within the Mathematics Faculty.
London Academy is an ambitious 11-19 mixed multicultural comprehensive school in North London. We have 1500 students with 480 in the Sixth Form, and we are oversubscribed. In September 2015 we expanded to become an all-through Academy with the opening of our primary school.
