Kinabalu International School is located in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. The school delivers a rigorous academic education for students aged 3 to 18, based on the English National Curriculum and the Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level programmes. In addition to a demanding academic curriculum, students participate in a wide range of sporting, performing arts and co-curricular activities. The school currently caters for students from 30 different nations, employs a highly professional international teaching staff and enjoys an excellent reputation. Our students are highly motivated, hardworking and a pleasure to teach. We have a very friendly and supportive staff team, and strong links with parents and the local community.
We are looking for an excellent Mathematics teacher with recognised teaching qualifications, a minimum of three years experience and demonstrated success teaching the (I)GCSE and A Level Mathematics programmes. Applicants must be committed team players who are keen to contribute to the ongoing development of our busy, expanding and forward-looking school, and willing to play a full part in the school’s pastoral care and extra-curricular programmes. Excellent spoken and written English language skills are essential. Successful candidates will be offered a two-year contract.
