Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons aligned with the English National Curriculum
Plan and implement differentiated lessons to meet a range of learning needs
Assess, monitor, and track student progress effectively
Prepare students for IGCSE examinations
Create a positive, well-managed, and inclusive classroom environment
Contribute to curriculum development within the department
Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents
Support the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and pastoral engagement
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, BEd or equivalent)
A degree in Mathematics or a related field
Experience teaching the English National Curriculum at KS3–KS5
A strong understanding of assessment for learning and data tracking
High expectations of student achievement and behaviour
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A clear commitment to safeguarding and child protection
