An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated professional to join our thriving Mathematics Department at Leighton Park School.
The Mathematics Department is a vibrant, forward-thinking team that continues to grow in strength and ambition. We are seeking a passionate and reflective practitioner who is keen to contribute to innovative teaching and learning approaches, while further developing their own professional practice within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for Mathematics and the ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students of all abilities. A strong commitment to high-quality teaching, alongside confident and effective use of ICT to enhance learning, is essential. You will be joining a dedicated, hardworking, and collegiate team, united by a shared commitment to securing the best possible outcomes for every student.
The ability to teach across a range of Key Stages, including Sixth Form and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), is desirable, with the capacity to teach Further Mathematics particularly welcomed. Applications are invited from both Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners who are committed to professional growth. A willingness to contribute actively and positively to the wider Co-Curricular life of the school is an essential aspect of this role.
