Vision for Education are currently searching for an A-Level specialist Teacher of Mathematics on a part time, 2 days per week basis for one term at a school in Sheffield. There will be some teaching to KS3 and KS4 however, the majority need is for Year 12 and 13 teaching at AS and A2 specification.


The role

The desired Maths Teacher will be teaching classes across Key Stages 3 through to 5, however the majority of your timetable will be with Key Stage 5. The role will include working with students of all abilities. This role would be suitable for both NQTs and experienced Teachers, but the school would ideally like someone who has recently taught Maths to A2 Level.

Requirements

To be considered for the position of Mathematics Teacher, you will:


• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). 

• Have experience teaching Maths up to GCSE level.

• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Subject specialists.

• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
