Maths Accelerated Leadership Development Post  

MPS/UPR Teacher of Maths with additional TLR2a 

Only suitable for candidates aiming to move into leadership positions   

Start Date: September 2017 (or sooner)  

We are seeking an inspirational teacher of Maths to work within our enthusiastic and successful department. We are looking for the highest quality candidates to participate in our new Accelerated Leadership development programme. You will ideally have more than 2 years of teaching experience and currently be leading or managing some element of departmental improvement. The successful candidate would be expected to take on department and whole school responsibilities immediately. A bespoke career development plan will be provided, and the Principal will mentor the successful applicant.  

We seek: • The ability to teach Key Stage 3 and 4 mathematics • Evidence of excellent outcomes for young people • A creative approach to teaching and learning and commitment to personal development in order to ensure a high quality learning experience for pupils • Experienced teachers with strong leadership and management skill sets • Ambitious candidates aiming for Senior Leadership • A willingness to play a full part in the life of the school community  

We will offer:   • A bespoke career development plan • Personalised mentoring by the Principal • An additional +1 pay scale point • The opportunity to take on department and whole school responsibility • Support with relocation if moving from outside Norfolk • The chance to work with motivated and inspiring pupils  • High class additional facilities
