More about the role
Our school in Bishop Auckland is a small, specialist provision for pupils aged between 11 and 18 who require a smaller, more structured, education environment.
As a Tutor within our school, you will be providing professional learning and development for all pupils through establishing personalised learning routes across Key Stage 3 and 4.
What do you need?
We are looking for an exceptional practitioner to plan, and deliver lessons to our young people. Ideally, you will be comfortable with teaching Maths or English to pupils with SEN.

Our Students
We are a small, independent school specialising in education for girls aged 11 to 18. Many of our students come to us with diagnoses including ADHD, Dyslexia/Dyspraxia, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and our team is dedicated to providing the care and guidance they need to succeed.

At Highcroft, we place a strong emphasis on developing social skills, independence, and essential life skills. Recognising the challenges many of our students face in social interactions and daily decision-making, we are committed to equipping them with the competencies necessary to thrive both inside and outside of school.
