We are seeking an outstanding, versatile and enthusiastic member of the team who can motivate, enthuse and engage learners in supporting the department in driving student progress and to cover lessons in a supervisory role for teaching staff in their absence whilst maintaining a small amount of dedicated teaching hours in either English or Maths.

Applicants will be expected to support on a range of courses including GCSEs and Functional Skills to both 16-19 year olds and adults.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will:

Hold excellent English or Maths qualifications

Have a proven track record of impact (We will also consider recent Cert Ed/PGCE graduates).

Possess outstanding passion for learner progress and support.
