The Hull Collaborative Academy Trust works in formal partnership with St Cuthbert's Multi Academy Trust and boasts good and outstanding schools across both primary and secondary phases. 

Due to increased pupil numbers across our partnership, we seek enthusiastic and ambitious newly or recently qualified teachers, with the potential to become future leaders. Successful applicants will be based at The Marvell College and be joining a vibrant and high performing Trust which has a proven track record of outstanding leadership development through our formal partnership with a ‘World Class’ acclaimed 11-19 school. 

Successful applicants will benefit from additional professional learning time to access an extensive programme of support, which will include an appropriate National Professional Qualification (NPQ), mentoring from expert middle and senior leaders and collaborative action research enquiry with other accelerated leadership colleagues.
