We are seeking an inspiring and enthusiastic mathematician to join the thriving Mathematics department at Truro School. The successful candidate will relish the opportunity to teach Mathematics across multiple key stages (including Further Maths at A level) and become part of a strong and supportive team of dedicated mathematicians.

This part-time role is 0.71 FTE and comprises approx. teaching 34 out of 48 periods per fortnight to cover a colleague on maternity leave.

The successful candidate will contribute to the development of high-quality teaching and learning resources and play an active role in supporting pupils' academic progress and enjoyment of Mathematics. They will demonstrate a commitment to enriching pupils' experiences beyond the classroom, helping to foster curiosity, confidence and a genuine enthusiasm for the subject.

This is a fixed-term position commencing in January 2027 to cover a period of maternity leave.
