TEACHER OF MATHEMATICS

Salary MPR/UPR plus 1 SEN Point

Permanent Contract

Woodbridge Park is on an exciting mission and we are looking for dynamic, kind-hearted people to join us. We are a multi-site Alternative Provision for children and young people with complex needs and we provide a vital service to the families and schools of Hounslow. We are proud of our service and we need inspirational, patient, empathetic trailblazers who believe that every child matters and who will never give up on our amazing pupils.

We are seeking to appoint a Mathematics Teacher to work alongside our friendly and close-knit team to support students with SEMH. We are unable to offer sponsorship at this stage.

Candidates will be able to inspire and motivate our students to get the very best meaningful outcomes and show a commitment to raising the achievement levels and self-esteem of disaffected young people. Candidates will have strong behaviour management skills and ASD experience and current certificates or a willingness to train in and physically able to use Team Teach techniques.

We can offer a varied professional experience, thanks to our many diverse sites – no two days are the same. We can also offer outstanding professional development with a dedicated training programme and planned investment in staff development. We place a high regard and focus on staff wellbeing having been awarded the NEU Workload Charter Status and we offer all staff six early finish days per school year to support their wellbeing.

We encourage potential candidates to visit the Aspire Centre in Isleworth TW7 for a morning to truly understand the nature of the provision and to meet the team.

We believe that every child matters at Woodbridge Park and that they all deserve outstanding care and a world class education which will enable them to thrive and achieve. Our excellent facilities and our recent new buildings ensure a modern, calm and purposeful environment where our pupils are supported, challenged and stretched to go beyond their personal limitations and self-beliefs.
