It is an exciting time for the School of Engineering and Construction. We have growth potential in many areas of our Engineering curriculum. Would you like to come and join our team at South Thames College?

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic manager for our Wandsworth Campus to co-ordinate the development and delivery of a high quality, cost effective curriculum in the area of Civil Engineering and Building Services which progresses towards and achieves the College's Strategic and Operational objectives.

You will have innovation and a commitment to start, develop and manage Civil Engineering, Building Services, HNC/D in Construction and the Built Environment in the area of Apprenticeships and Higher Apprenticeships.

The post requires a dynamic manager who can lead, manage and review curriculum provision to inform curriculum plans to ensure that future programme provision is consistent with College objectives, funding, learner recruitment targets and measures for success. You will need excellent leadership skills to motivate and develop staff in order to provide opportunities for staff to maximise their potential and develop their professionalism to achieve the highest standards possible in teaching and assessment.
