The CCFL requires a dynamic and innovative curriculum teacher and or an individualized programme teacher who can deliver outstanding teaching and learning to ensure student progression in learning, behaviour and self-esteem.
The post is offered on MPS or UPS and in addition will attract SEN Allowance.
The CCfL is Camden’s Special School and Pupil Referral Unit for secondary aged students with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, some of whom have additional learning difficulties.
We cater for 100 young people who require specialist SEMH provision, including students:
- Who have a statement of SEN or EHC plan.
- Who have been permanently excluded from mainstream school or who are at risk of being permanently excluded.
- Who would benefit from a short term intervention to prevent exclusion.
All aspects of the provision have been judged to be good by Ofsted; the most recent of which was May 2017.
