The role:
As Maths Teacher your focus will be to:
§ Lead initiatives to boost student participation and school spirit.
§ Support enrichment activities and school events.
§ Strengthen parental engagement through clear communication and progress updates.
§ Deliver dynamic, inclusive, and effective lessons.
§ Foster creativity, problem-solving, and design thinking.
§ Use data-driven strategies to support diverse learning needs.
§ Integrate digital tools to enhance learning experiences.
§ Serve as a Form Tutor and contribute to the A-Level curriculum.
§ Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans.
§ Ensure rigorous assessment and timely feedback.
§ Contribute to curriculum innovation and quality assurance.
§ Engage in continuous professional learning.
§ Reflect on practice to improve teaching effectiveness.
§ Uphold school values and contribute to a positive school culture.
The Successful Candidate will possess:
§ Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
§ Hold a current Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure for all countries lived in.
§ Compliance with visa requirements for working (hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of relevant work experience).
§ A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils, and a willingness to undertake appropriate child protection training when required.

Location and Facilities
In January 2016 we moved to our new and modern Mountain View campus which is located south of Nanjing city. It is a 30-minute drive from the centre (Xinjiekou) and sits nestled on a quiet residential street at the foot of Cuiping Mountain at the boundary of the Jiangjun National Park.
Views from the campus overlook the new outdoor sports and play areas and the forested mountains beyond. The school is in close proximity to prominent expatriate residential areas.
