About the Role: 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-qualified Teacher of Mathematics to join our successful Mathematics Department. The post involves teaching across Key Stages 3–5, including GCSE and A-level. The ability to inspire pupils of all abilities and to contribute to the continued growth of the department is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Teaching engaging, well-structured lessons that foster strong mathematical understanding

  • Contributing to curriculum development and enrichment activities

  • Supporting pupils through excellent assessment and feedback

  • Playing an active role in the pastoral life of the school as a form tutor

  • Participating in the wider co-curricular programme

Who we are looking for:

  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Mathematics

  • The ability to teach A-level (Further Mathematics is an advantage but not essential)

  • A commitment to high academic standards and pupil progress

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

  • A willingness to contribute to the broader life of the school
