The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • A relevant degree with a recognised teaching qualification, including QTS or an equivalent.
  • Experience in IBDP Maths is desirable.
  • Experience as a pastoral or homeroom tutor is desirable.
  • For suitable candidates, leadership responsibilities may be available.

BSM offers a generous salary to newly appointed teaching staff with a starting salary upwards of GBP50k pa, inclusive of superannuation, on an incremental salary scale with annual increases.

Our Curriculum

BSM is proudly a CIS/WASC and IBDP accredited and we offer an adapted form of the National Curriculum of England in Early Years and Primary, followed by (I)GCSEs in Years 10–11 and the IB Diploma Programme in Years 12 and 13. Our wide co-curricular programme includes over 200 after-school activities, sports, arts, and service learning opportunities that make BSM a lively and rewarding place to teach.
