With smaller class sizes, strong pastoral support and the flexibility to tailor your teaching approach, you'll have the time, resources and freedom to create meaningful learning experiences and celebrate every achievement.

If you're ready to help young people overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their potential, we'd love to hear from you.
What you will be doing
Deliver engaging and creative Maths lessons tailored to individual student needs
Build positive relationships that support confidence, engagement and achievement
Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to help every student succeed
Create a calm, safe and structured learning environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and external professionals
Contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives
Champion high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusion
What you will bring
We're looking for a passionate and resilient Maths Teacher who believes every young person can succeed with the right support.
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching Maths at secondary level
A student-centred approach with high expectations for all learners
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Experience of, or an interest in, SEND, ASD and SEMH education
The ability to motivate, engage and inspire students who may have experienced barriers to learning
A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and helping young people achieve their full potential
