Job Description:
As a Maths Teacher at Trident Alternative Provision, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective mathematics lessons tailored to meet the needs of Key Stage 4 students. You will play a key role in supporting student progress and achievement within our inclusive learning environment.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ teaching experience in secondary education
- Proven expertise in teaching Key Stage 4 mathematics curriculum
- Strong subject knowledge across standard level maths topics
- Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver differentiated lessons that engage all learners
- Excellent classroom management skills with a focus on positive behaviour support
- Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience working within alternative provision or similar educational settings is desirable
