We have a fantastic opportunity at our Hindhead Campus for an experienced and interactive Maths Teacher to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. With small class sizes, excellent facilities, outstanding behaviour and a values-based ethos to support staff and student wellbeing, you will be adept at coaching our students to see and lead through challenges in their learning, so they make the best possible progress in each and every lesson.
Our students are provided with innovative teaching, empowered by new technology, including Zoom and the Learning Management System ‘Canvas’. Aligned with local curriculum, our students are supported by teachers to take ownership of their learning as part of our Self-Directed Learning pedagogy. We are looking for conscientious and hard-working individuals who are passionate about modern education and pay meticulous attention to detail.
You will:
- Have recent experience of teaching Maths to students in KS3 and KS4
- Possess recent knowledge of the National Curriculum for Maths including GCSE exam specifications
- Experience of providing appropriate support for students with SEN (Special Educational Needs)
- Have Qualified Teacher Status
- Good communication skills and be a positive role model of professional practice and conduct of others

Key responsibilities:
- To contribute to the provision of an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for pupils studying in the curriculum area, in accordance with the aims of the school and the curricular policies determined by OneSchool Global UK
- To plan, deliver and assess appropriate learning for students across the age range.
- To ensure the Self-Directed Learning philosophy of the school is present in the opportunities presented to the students
- To uphold the school’s agreed Behaviour Management system so that effective learning can take place
- To deliver Mathematics in accordance with the aims o the school and the curricular policies determined by OSG UK, the Regional Head of Department (RHOD) and Campus Principal
