Maths Tutor

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and capable HLTA or teacher with the subject knowledge to deliver catch-up tuition to students in Maths. It would also be an advantage if candidates are able to offer some tuition in Science. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping students disadvantaged by the school closures in recent years.

The role will involve working closely with the Maths department and providing small group tuition (3-5 students) and one to one support.

This post would suit a recent graduate who is looking to gain experience in education and potentially move on to teacher training. A degree in a Science or Maths based subject would be desirable.

This role will be fixed term until August 2022, although may be extended dependent on Government Catch-Up Funding for 2022/2023.

18 hours per week over three days (although additional hours may be available for the right candidate)
