MATRONS
Starting Easter or September 2020
We are seeking to appoint a full time matron to assist in the provision of a high level of pastoral care in either a boys or girls boarding house. There are approximately 55 pupils in each boarding house across years 8-12.
The successful applicant will have an excellent pastoral understanding of the needs of young people in the relevant age group, the ability to liaise closely with parents, and experience of administration and domestic organisation.
Matrons work for 34 weeks of the year and are also expected to assist with occasional evening social functions and with Divisions on five Sundays per year. The successful candidate would be expected to live on site during term time.
