Tes is supporting the appointment of a Mechanics Instructor at a Special school based in Lancashire.
The school are looking for a creative, engaging and open-minded Mechanics Instructor to join their family feel team. You must have a keen interest in encouraging and inspiring even the most challenging of minds and behaviours. The school are looking for candidates, who want to get involved, have their ideas heard, aren’t afraid of getting dirty in workshops and who are resilient and caring. Previous experience with SEMH is desirable but isn’t essential. If you have no experience, please research SEMH and the challenges it may present.
The established staff team come from a variety of previous occupations and have individual skills, which can be utilised, within this school. So, if you have an interest and a good knowledge of cars, mechanics and maintenance, we would love to hear from you!
