We are looking to recruit an ambitious, dynamic Specialist Media and Commercial Make-up Artist teacher to join our existing multi-site and multi-discipline Hairdressing and Beauty Department.
You must be a highly skilled and motivated individual whose passion is to inspire students, to excel and achieve the highest standards of employability skills.
Successful applicants will be required to teach both L2 and 3 Media Make-up. Creative Hairdressing would be desirable.
You will be required to carry out learning and assessment activities, develop and enhance the existing curriculum to meet industry requirements, whilst ensuring your Teaching and Learning is consistently delivered to the highest standard.
Our primary focus is towards the successful applicant having had current industrial experience within the field of specialist make-up to be able to create and cast small prosthetic pieces and bald caps.
We would welcome applications from industry experts in areas such as theatre, fashion, editorial, TV and film.
You will need to hold a relevant advanced professional qualification (Level 3 or equivalent) in both Make-up and Hairdressing.
