Salary: £15,481 to £17,092. Annual incremental progression throughout the band is available.

(A pro-rata amount of £17,467 to £19,285)

FutureSkills at MediaCityUK have an exciting opportunity for a technician to provide efficient and effective technical support within the Media Make up department. Working flexibly across the department, you will provide appropriate support to teaching staff and learners with the aim of creating an excellent learner experience. The right candidate will have prior knowledge of the subject areas with at least a Level 2 qualification in either Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy or Media Make Up.

You will also be responsible for carrying out day to day safety checks on equipment and tools ensuring all are kept secure when not in use. Supporting the team with events and planning trips and visits. The stock rotation and ordering will be a main part of the job. Full training will be given to the right candidate.
