We currently have the following vacancy at St Aldhelm’s Academy, Herbert Avenue, Poole, Dorset BH12 4HS – Medical Needs Co-ordinator
We are looking for an efficient and enthusiastic person who can provide medical support to students at St Aldhelm’s Academy. You will be an excellent administrator who can ensure all records of students with medical conditions are kept up to date. This will include writing and updating medical care plans for individual students.
You will lead on first aid across the Academy, dealing with day to day incidents that arise and recording these appropriately. You will be responsible for monitoring and ordering first aid supplies and for ensuring the academy has enough trained first aiders. You will liaise with healthcare professionals regarding students’ needs and to organise immunisation sessions. The successful candidate will be part of the academy’s admin team so will also need to be willing to assist with general office tasks. We are looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday but are able to be flexible on the exact hours.
