An opportunity has arisen within Abraham Moss Community School for the position of Mental Helth Lead Practitioner; we are looking for someone who has the necessary qualifications and skills within the clinical nursing care of children and young people in need of mental health services.
The successful candidate will have core qualifications and experience in joint working with the NHS, specifically in relation to CAMHS. This will include professional experience of working with clients of mental health services, case management and multi-agency working.
The role will also require the successful candidate to be able to relate to young people in a group or community setting.

About Abraham Moss Community School
Abraham Moss Community School is a mixed, mainstream, non-denominational all-through school in Crumpsall, Manchester and is a part of The Dean Trust. It caters to students aged between three and sixteen and has approximately 1,653 pupils enrolled.
Abraham Moss Community School was founded in 1973 and was named after Abraham Moss, who was Lord Mayor of Manchester from 1953 to 1954.
