We are seeking to appoint an outstanding MFL Coordinator of Teaching and Learning who can lead and support a team of teachers through their passionate and dynamic approaches to teaching Languages.

This role will appeal to both a high performing teacher early in their career as well as an experienced high performing MFL Teacher or Subject Leader.  The ability to teach Spanish and French to KS4 is important.

We are looking to appoint an MFL Coordinator of Teaching and Learning on a reduced timetable in order to work closely with the Subject Learning Leader and team to create high quality resources and support the continued raising of Teaching and Learning Standards.

This role represents a significant development in MFL for St Peter’s. For the last four years our school data has been either significantly positive or positive when measured against national expectations.  St Peter’s is an oversubscribed school known for its reputation as a high performing school and nationally recognised for our approaches to character education.

We are a friendly and supportive team. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate at interview what they can add to the St Peter’s MFL team in order to develop the vision and progress of the department.

We would welcome applications from experienced teachers of MFL and existing Heads of Department. The successful applicant will be able to teach Spanish and French up to KS4.
