The SCC Group is going through an exciting time in delivering its vision for the future. The development of the constituent Colleges; Pendleton Sixth Form College, Eccles Sixth Form College, Worsley College, CitySkills and FutureSkills, together with the expanding Apprenticeship and Higher Education provision means that the central Management Information Department is expanding. With a focus on delivering a first class service to students and staff, the College is seeking to recruit a number of key posts which will have a significant impact on implementing this strategy.
An opportunity has arisen to join our professional and enthusiastic MI team in an interesting and key role as one of our MI Officers on a 12 month fixed term contract. Our team’s vision is to provide an efficient, professional and customer focused service, supporting the SCC Group in developing our business processes. We require a motivated and organised individual to join our MI Team to support the delivery of an effective and efficient data administration service supporting the learner journey from enrolment to award of their qualification. You will hold a relevant level 3 qualification and experience of working in an administrative environment and using a college quality assurance system. In the role you will act as a point of contact for all staff regarding student and course data and utilise college systems to set up courses, timetables, registers and arrange room bookings. You will action requests for any necessary amendments, and maintain accurate records and files.
