Solihull College & University Centre is looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our committed IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading College during a period of technological change as we continue our journey into server-based computing and cloud technologies.
The position is based at our Blossomfield Campus with responsibilities for supporting the Stratford-upon-Avon and Woodlands sites therefore travel between locations is expected.
You will have extensive in-depth working knowledge of desktop applications and operating systems with experience working with and supporting Office 365, Azure, SharePoint and Teams. Candidates should also have sound knowledge of networking and cyber security and an understanding of end-point management systems.
This role requires excellent customer service and interpersonal skills as it involves collaborative working with other members of the ICT Services Team as well as our diverse customer base across three sites.
Candidates should hold or be willing to work towards an advanced level or professional qualification.
Please note if you are selected for the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply. Unfortunately, the College is unable to contribute towards the associated travel costs.
