Midday Assistant

Minimum Experience: 2 years

Role Overview:
As a Midday Assistant, you will play an important role in supervising pupils during lunch breaks, ensuring their safety and well-being while promoting positive behaviour. You will work closely with other staff members to create a friendly and orderly environment for all children.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children in a similar role or setting
- Good communication skills with both children and adults
- Ability to manage groups of children effectively during busy lunchtimes
- Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene practices related to food areas
- Patience, reliability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
