Midday Assistant

We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Midday Assistant to join our team in supporting children during lunchtime.

We are seeking to appoint a reliable, caring and proactive Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team.

The role will involve:

• Supervising pupils during the lunchtime period, both in the dining hall and the playground

• Promoting positive behaviour in line with the school’s values: compassion, courage, curiosity, creativity and collaboration

• Supporting pupils with their meals where required

• Ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils at all times

• Encouraging positive play and inclusion

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with children and can build positive relationships

• Is calm, patient and consistent

• Works well as part of a team

• Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child wellbeing

• Is reliable and punctual
