Hours: 11:50am - 1:20pm
Salary: Grade 2, point 11-14 £18,35 - £18,657 pro rata (£3,161 - £3,213 per annum, actual salary)
The Head Teacher and Governors wish to appoint up to 2 x new Midday Dinner Assistants to join our enthusiastic and supportive team.
You will also join us at a very exciting time. We are currently undergoing a complete rebuild and we are due to move into our new state of the art building in November 2017, when we will also increase to 3 form entry.
The school has also been graded as 'Good' in our last two Ofsted inspections (most recently May 2016).
The successful candidates will need to be enthusiastic, flexible, confident individuals with excellent interpersonal and behaviour management skills to assist and support in the supervision, engagement and development of pupils during lunchtime, undert the overall direction of the Senior Midday Dinner Assistant and the Head Teacher.
Their work is primarily to foster good behaviour and particiation of all the pupils, but also the promote pupil engagement in active playtimes, and instil high values, good morals and teh understanding and respect of others.
This post is exempt from the provision of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and the successful applicant will be expected to undertake an enhanced disclosure.
