Midday Supervisor

Working Hours: 16.25 hours (10:30am – 1:45pm)

Salary: Grade 1

Contract: Permanent

An opportunity has arisen for you to join our highly focused, dedicated staff in the role of Midday Supervisor. Supporting our students at break and lunch times throughout the week we are looking for an excellent midday supervisor to join our skilled team and join the continued development journey at The Holgate Academy.

The opportunity

This post would suit either a new entrant to the profession or an experienced midday supervisor. 

The successful candidate will:    

• Have the ability to communicate effectively,
• Have ability to be fair but firm at all times,
• Calm under pressure,
• Patient and approachable,
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships,

We have around 1400 students, with 11-16 education being based on the main site, and Post 16 provision shared with our partners. The Academy is part of the Diverse Academies Trust.
