The staff team are creative and enthusiastic and are committed to providing a high standard of innovative education. Staff development is a key priority and we boast a unique collaborative approach where, through regular meetings, leaders support all staff to take ownership for their own development. This is completed by providing both high quality guidance and promoting employees to make research-informed decisions, as well as attend tailored internal and external CPD.

Our schools are part of a highly successful Multi-Academy Trust. Routines and collaborative working are embedded in our practice, but we constantly seek to improve our work and thus seek energetic innovators. The Trust welcomes staff and pupils from all faiths while operating within a Christian ethos.

We are based in a quiet setting in the heart of the Isle of Dogs in Tower Hamlets, yet close to Mudchute, Island Gardens and Crossharbour DLR stations and central London. The school works long days, balanced by shorter terms.
