Wellington Eagles Primary is located in a brand new purpose built site, and has a maximum expected number of pupils of 420 (when fully open) and additional Nursery. We aspire for the Primary to become a beacon of excellence and optimism for the Ludgershall community providing an outstanding education for all its students.
We want our staff to share this ambition and share our values which are excellence through rigorous learning of key skills within a rich and broad curriculum, holistic learning by developing the whole child, innovation in the way we teach and learn combined with collaboration with parents, the Wellington Family of schools, the military community and local primaries.
We are looking for MDSA’s who:
- Have previous experience of working with children.
- Can manage pupils behaviour and interactions in a positive manner.
- Are patient, calm, organized and adaptable.
- Can work well as part of a team.
- Are able to use their own initiative as well as take direction.
- Are enthusiastic and have a positive outlook.
- Are creative and able to motivate children.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Can follow and support the school’s ethos, values and policies.

Wellington Eagles, part of the Ascend Learning Trust, is a new purpose-built school based within a new housing development in Ludgershall, Wiltshire and caters for pupils from nursery through to Year 6.
