Employment Status: Fixed-Term until 14/01/2024, with possibility of continuing contract (in conjunction with a permanent Teaching Role)
Salary Range: $78,489 - $114,920 plus a Tier 1.2 allowance + up to 12.75% superannuation 


Holy Spirit College is a Catholic co-educational Years 7-12 college within the Diocese of Rockhampton, with an enrolment in 2022 of over 1100 students. What we are looking for:

Due to our rapidly growing school and the thriving Mackay community, we have a Middle Leader positions available for 2023.


We welcome applications from established and aspiring leaders for the position of Languages Coordinator (Japanese). 


We seek a passionate leader who will strive for excellence in teaching, administration, professional conduct, relationships with parents and the wider College community and a genuine interest for young people and their learning.

Mandatory Requirements



  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and current Queensland College of Teachers Registration

  • Australian work rights
