Seton College are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Middle Leader - Learning Enrichment. This is a full-time continuing teaching position with a Tier 3 Middle Leader contract. The Middle Leader – Learning Enrichment supports the Assistant Principal Diverse Learning and staff in ensuring high expectations for the well-being, engagement, learning progress and achievement of each student, and the delivery of rigorous programs and curriculum/co-curriculum in Learning Enrichment for learning progress for all students. The role holder enhances teacher and school officer capacity and effectiveness by modelling high quality teaching and learning, professional learning, collaboration and cooperation. Effective and expected practices are embedded through the implementation of carefully planned, sequenced and resourced curriculum. There is a particular focus on the identification and support of students with particular learning needs including those who are verified. There is a strong emphasis on inclusion in considering strategies to meet student learning needs. It is expected that the successful applicant would be an expert in the provision of inclusive education.
