Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science Education or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in middle school science or equivalent setting
- Strong knowledge of Common Core standards for middle school science subjects
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate students
- Proficient communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
- Familiarity with integrating technology into science instruction is preferred
