An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Minibus driver to join The Meadows School. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to provide safe and efficient driving for students.

As a driver, you will operate student transportation during the school day for offsite visits.

Duties will include:

  • Transporting students with SEN to educational visits and transport related activities
  • Carrying out vehicle safety checks, cleaning and general maintenance of the school minibuses

You will be an important member of our school team and will have a positive approach to this key role. The requirements for the post are:

  • Experience of minibus driving
  • a clean, full UK driving licence
  • Hold a D1 licence
  • Be willing to complete MIDAS minibus training qualification and medical check
  • Have a good knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance
  • Be dedicated and hardworking
  • Be a team player who is friendly and professional, relating well to staff and students
