Contract type: Permanent, part time (15 hours per week / 38 weeks per year term time only)

We are looking to appoint an experienced Minibus Driver to join our existing team of drivers. The job includes transporting students to and from school, and may at times include other driving such as trips & visits and PE fixtures for example. The job will include keeping the minibus clean and tidy. We operate our minibuses normally between 6:45am and 4:30pm.

The successful candidate must have a full clean UK driving licence that includes the D1 category. If you are not currently MIDAS driver safety trained, you must be prepared to undergo this training and gain the certificate.

Breckland School is a good and improving school well regarded by the local community with whom it works closely. Staff enjoy working here and our students are well behaved and keen to learn.

Breckland School is a co-educational, non-denominational secondary school in Brandon, Suffolk. It is run by Sabres Educational Trust.

There are 550 students on the school roll, aged from 11 to 16, expected to grow to 600 in a few years. Breckland School has well-established links with local primary schools and post-16 providers. The school offers a variety of enrichment activities, including the Duke of Edinburgh bronze award, as well as local, national and international trips and visits.
