Tendring Technology College (TTC) is a community where inspirational teaching, self-evaluation and self-improvement are evident from the moment you enter our school. We welcome all routes into teaching through School Direct, PGCE and we are a host school to Ambition School Leadership.

We are proud to serve the communities around Frinton-on-sea and Thorpe-Le-Soken  as an 11-18 school which has two campuses; Frinton Campus (14-18) and Thorpe Campus (11-14).  Ofsted judged us as a ‘good academy’ in March 2016.

In 2017 we celebrated 58% of our students obtaining 4+s in either English and maths.   We know that they can do even better. We want TTC to lead the way in teaching excellence and for all our staff and students to develop their maximum potential. We are looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to lead our MFL department.  You will be an exceptional classroom teacher who demonstrates high standards of delivery in a consistent manner, who is committed to improving achievement across all key stages and who understands the strategies required to accomplish this.  If you are a strong leader with a passion for languages, the ability to inspire both staff and students whilst striving for excellence we would love to hear from you.  You will be enthusiastic, have a winning personality and have an imaginative approach to the delivery of the curriculum area.
