An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Multi Agency Service Co-ordinator to join Ormiston Sir Stanley Matthews Academy to manage our Multi Agency Centre (MACS) provision for this vibrant and extensively used resource.

The successful candidate will create an environment that is conducive to supporting young people with a variety of social and emotional support and to encourage and signpost interventions for health lifestyles.
This role requires you to be responsible and accountable for the successful managing and delivery of a wide range of school based and community-based interventions for the young people of Ormiston Sir Stanley Matthews Academy. This is a critical role to ensure the successful implementation, management, development and continuous improvement of this exciting service.
You will co-ordinate visits from and make best use of a range of services a multi-disciplinary teams based in the locality to help improve the health and wellbeing of our young people.
The service offers support through identification, screening, high quality behavioural support and counselling advice to young people with a variety of needs. Whilst improving the accessibility of the service through the pro-active promotion of the MACS Centre programme and referral pathways amongst primary and secondary care services, other key health care providers, allied professionals, community development initiatives.
We would like to hear from you if you are experienced in:
• Working with young people in a high school setting.
• Safeguarding principles and practices in a school setting.
• Conflict resolution and mediation with young people.
• Management, delivering and leading school-based prevention and treatment services to a high quality.
• Leadership of diverse professional groups, providing strong and effective direction and management.
• Implementation, assurance and management of services with specific, demonstrable health outcomes.
• Building strong links and relationships with a diverse range of groups, organisations and agencies
• Oversight of evidence-based improvement programmes within school communities.
• Partnership working and community engagement.
