An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to join our Estates and Facilities team. Your key responsibilities will include the effective provision of the Mechanical, Electrical and Operations service across all the colleges undertakings, undertake building development, maintenance and repairs utilising specific trades, to co-ordinate and approve the work of external contractors and to undertake risk assessment and method statements in ensuring the health and safety across the college. Experience of working in a Further Education setting would be a distinct advantage, but not essential and our successful candidate will be Electrical bias.
