An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented administrator to join us here at Worth School, working as part of a close-knit team in a true generalist role.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Music and the wider team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the central point of contact for the department for communications from parents, pupils, visiting music staff, other staff and other schools
- Ensuring effective communications of department events to parents and respond to telephone enquiries and routine correspondence, including e-mails
- Dealing with routine administration of pupils’ music/LAMDA lessons and liaising with visiting music/LAMDA staff
- Supervising the Organ Scholar & Music Department Assistant in the cataloguing and maintenance of the Music Department Library
- Co-ordinating and submit exam entries for Music Exams (ABRSM, Trinity and their online equivalents) and Drama Exams (LAMDA)
- Conducting from time to time, any other duties as may be required but within the scope of this job profile

- Proven administrative experience with an eye for detail
- Effective IT skills and fully conversant with MS Office
- Excellent written communication skills
- Time management and prioritisation skills
