Job overview

The Newton International School West Bay is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Primary School Teacher Assistant for the Music Department. The successful candidate will assist the Music Teacher in delivering engaging music lessons to pupils of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Music Teacher in planning and delivering music lessons to pupils
  • Help pupils in their musical practice and guide them with appropriate techniques
  • Prepare materials and resources for music lessons
  • Work collaboratively with the Music Department team to deliver high-quality music education to pupils

Requirements:

  • Qatar resident with a valid Qatar ID
  • Qualifications in Music or relevant field
  • Previous experience as a music teacher assistant or relevant role
  • Knowledge of musical instruments and music theory
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
