Bryanston currently has a superb opportunity for a cheerful, enthusiastic, highly organised and hard-working person to support the Director of Music in the running of the music school. 

As the first point of contact for the music department, you will be an excellent communicator with outstanding organisational skills. You will enjoy using your natural resourcefulness, initiative and energy and will take a hands-on role in the organisation of a wide a range of concerts. 

The successful candidate is likely to have a proven track record as an administrator with experience of managing, and thriving on, multiple priorities in a busy and demanding environment. You will be a competent IT user with a particularly good working knowledge of Word and Excel.  Experience of using a Mac and desktop publishing would be an advantage. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as is a strong attention to detail, an exceptional command of English and the self-confidence to work autonomously.

This is a full-time, term-time ‘plus’ position, which may require flexibility for occasional evening and weekend working.
