The successful candidate will be an outstanding specialist who can deliver high-quality music lessons to children across all Secondary School age groups. The successful candidate will have a graduate teaching qualification in Music and be able to inspire students with a creative flair and innovative approach to learning. This Music Specialist Lead will be adept at working with sheet music, and have the ability to conduct a choir with harmonies. English National Curriculum experience and the ability to deliver GCSE and A Level curriculum is an essential requirement for this position. The successful candidate will be working alongside other experienced team members to promote the strategic vision of the school.

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience working within a high-quality Performing Arts/Music department.

- Experience in teaching pupils with varied abilities with a proven track record in performance outcomes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organisation and time management.

- Commitment to the values of inclusion, diversity, and wellbeing.
